This could be due to a deficiency in phosphorus fertilizer (P).
Despite the lush appearance of the leaves, there are symptoms of stunted growth, likely caused by the previous lack of application of leafy fertilizer or the absence of compost.
It is recommended to urgently supplement more phosphorus fertilizer, and the procedure is as follows:
- Apply Fish Bone Meal (which is high in Phosphorus) once a week for a continuous period of 1-2 months.
- As the leaves gradually grow larger and begin to flower, alternate the use of Mr Ganick 532 Organic Leafy Fertilizer and Mr Ganick 426 Organic Melon Vegetable Fertilizer weekly. Continue until harvest.
Before planting, it is advised to mix the planting soil with 30% Baba Compost-based Fertilizer to ensure that the plants receive sufficient nutrients, enhancing their resistance to diseases and pests.
