First, please check if there are any holes on the fruit surface:
If there are holes = It’s likely a fruit fly issue.
Recommended actions:
- Use Fruit Fly Bait to attract and trap fruit flies. Bag the fruits during ripening to prevent adult flies from laying eggs.
If there are no holes = It’s likely a trace mineral deficiency.
Suggested solution:
- Mix 100g crushed eggshell or lime with 100g Mr Ganick Cuka Kayu, soak overnight. Strain and dilute the liquid with 10L water for foliar spray. Pour the residue into the soil.
- Apply 200g Baba Compost-based Fertilizer per plant every 1–2 weeks to replenish minerals.
- Spray Mr Ganick 8-in-1 360 Plant Energizer to support healthy fruit development and reduce fruit defects.
